VMl,UDP and Program parameter ?

I m trying to broadcast muliple program from single live transport stream using udp,but i m facing sum problem over here

here is my config file:
new MPTS2 broadcast enabled
setup MPTS2 input udp://@227.1.1.1:1234
setup MPTS2 output #duplicate{dst=std{access=udp,mux=ts,dst=227.1.1.2:1234}}
control MPTS2 play
it is working perfect but when i pass any program id in output statement it doesnt stream..Or How can i pass program id in vml conf file or in command argument..
I really dont know where i m getting wrong.
I want to pass program id to every port with same ip and want specific program on every port.

here is my cmd argument:
vlc -vvvvv --color -I telnet --vlm-conf vlm.vlm
