This Firefox addon page has not been created by VideoLAN and, as you see, it has not been updated for more than one year.

Any VLC version comes with an up to date version of the plugin so this is the one you want to use.

Is there away to make the updated plugin work with FirefoxPortable?

I'm looking for a way to make FirefoxPortable talk to VLCPortable.
