VLC plugin for Firefox (buld)

I want to know how to generate vlc plugin (for Firefox) from sources, and then how to add it in Firefox?

I successfully compiled vlc by enabling mozilla plugin.
In fact, we should add this --enable-mozilla --with-mozilla-sdk-path=PATH_TO_Gecko-sdk/ when we run configure.
Now, I am looking for installing the plugin in firefox.
If someone know the howto, please tell me .

It was so easy to integrate mozilla-pluging , thanks to sudo make install.

If you use ubuntu,do not use --with-mozilla-sdk option,just
