HTTP interface skin

When I installed vlc, enabled the HTTP interface and go to it in the browser - it looks frightened. He's just terrible. It has fixed width and no design (and stupid volume up/down control). So I have modified it and now it looks much better.

As you can see there some changes:
1. The layout is flexible in width.
2. I have added rounded coners to blocks.
3. There is a track bar to control the volume level instead of two buttons for volume up and down.
4. I have added Lyrics displaying. It displays only in tracks which have lyrics included in them. On screenshot the track hasn't lyrics.

That's all what I have updated. If you like these updates - I will continue my work and add a link to download it.

jQuery UI is cool, but I still don't like these square corners and fixed width.
P.S. New version hangs when I try to play mp3 file :(.
