Getting the Linux skin on Windows version?

How would I go about getting the skin in the picture below?

That looks like the Qt4 interface running on Ubuntu Linux, not a skin.

So in short, no. There might be a way of changing the look and feel of the Qt interface externally to look more like Ubuntu, however I'm not sure it's possible without rebuilding VLC etc.

There might be a VLC skin which may appeal though:
