More Actions

Hi,
I would like to synchronise my subtitles with the video through a button in the interface. Something like SPlayer interface:



I try to create a new skin but the action list doesn't offer this option, is there a way to create more actions ?

As of today, the only way to create more actions is to write C++ code and enhance the skins2 engine.
