(( i tried to make ".vlt " skin but vlc player screen shown black ?! ))
The error log says two files are missing as shown here

Code: Select all

(process:1284): Gtk-WARNING **: Locale not supported by C library. Using the fallback 'C' locale. [0x97b540c] skins2 interface: skin: SplashVLC1 author: Majid_KSA [0x97b540c] skins2 interface error: missing file: U2/back.png [0x97b540c] skins2 interface error: missing file: U1/FullScreenh.png
Actually, those files are not missing but just misspelt (upper and lower case issues). This may not be a problem on Windows, which doesn't really care upper-case/lower-case, but this is definitely an issue on Linux.

Also, in theme.xml, you used the \ (backslash) as a directory separator. Though it is supported, skins2 preferred directory separator is the / (slash ). Backslash is known to sometimes create problems with zip files.

It looks alot like the Windows Media Player to me. Looking a bit closer to the skin and your portfolio on DA, make me afraid if it's not only a composition of "available" graphics...
As you disabled comments on DA, i comment it here. If isn't i feel sorry, but some things make no sense.

- Resizing doesn't work (only smaller, no repeaters?)
- no resizing indication icon (where do i have to put the cursor)
- maximize isn't maximizing
- pressing play don't bring a file open dialog
- almost every control icon have a different mouseover and sometimes a wrong alpha (differs in color, shape, size and saturation)

great skin. like it a lot

except the right click functionality is gone when video is in play mode

During play mode with the "Native style skin" I can right click and easily navigate and toggle Audio changes such as Stereo to 5.1 as well as toggle Video functions such as subtitles.

Is there anyways you can add these right click functions back into your skin?? That would make it perfect

thanks
