Looking for skin of vintage tv for 4:3 video

I have alot of 4:3, standard def, video that i would like to play back in a vintage tv skin.
I tried to make one but my system locks up. I probably wouldn't make it too far anyway, it looks a bit complicated to do well.

It would be nice if the skin would automatically switch to this when the content is 4:3, but i don't think skins can work that way.
