Look like divx windowed webplayer

Hello,
I want to have a media player that looks and behaves like the divx webplayer when in windowed mode. This means in minimal view (button H) I do not want _any_ frames around the player - only the video. And when hovering the mouse above the window, the volume and timeline (correct word in english?) bars should be shown.
Can this be done with vlc, or is there perhaps an other player which can do this?
