Drag 'N Drop Subtitle files

This works in native mode, but as soon as i switch to a skin and try to drag 'n drop
there, the player tries to play the file as a video and tries to switch the playback
to the subtitle file.

Is this a bug or a "feature"

For me it is very important/convenient to be able to drag a subtitle file onto a playing
video (window) but this seems to be only possible in the native mode, which is a another
huge disadvantage for the skinned version...
