Looking to Hire Skin Developer

Dear VLC skin community. I am a graphic designer who has a client that needs a custom VLC skin. I would handle creating the skin design in Photoshop, but need someone who is familiar with creating skins to implement the design. I have looked at the skin designer application and I still feel the learning curve is too great for it to make sense for me to do it.
