User interface/skin

Hi, I am looking for a developer to set up a user interface that can combine up to six windows. These six windows would need to be synced up and then controlled with one play FF REW button. There would also be one time stamp that would count the h:mm:ss of all the windows. If you are interested please provide your email so I can contact you.
