Could somebody advice how to use winamp skin for VLC?

Note that VLC only accepts Winamp2 skins (i.e. the old format, with .wsz files). So first, make sure that the skin you want to use is a Winamp2 skin.
Then you simply have to follow the instructions there. Post again if you have problems...
