VLC WinAMP skins... fatal inplementation

My TODO about better support WinAMP Skins;

Major window:

- click to actual play song/movie show info about it (and can edit ID Tag)
- visualization
- show info; mono | stereo
- channel balance

Equalizer window

- can load/save EQF (WinAMP Equalizer settings)

Playlist window;

- new/save/load playlist
- sorting options
- show total time (files in playlist)
- use orginal (from skin) font
- counting files in playlist
