show skin compatibility with VLC versions

here's an idea i reckon we definitely should implement on the skins download page...
how bout for each skin we have a "Compatible with Version:" and go on to list the versions....
e.g. v0.8.X (for all versiosn 0.8.0 onwards)
v0.8.2+ (for 0.8.2 onwards)
etc etc...
i reckon this will help out for those folks who are downloading skins... so that they know which version the skin is compatible with
