I download a Winamp skin for VLC recently, specifically the one in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y4ucQ9jOCAg you can see it has a windowed video player and for me it actually did show up when I first installed it. However when I closed it it won't ever show back up and I don't know how to open it again.

Ask the skin maker. You won't get any support for non official components on this forum.

The skin maker hasn't been online in years, is there anywhere else I can get help?
