Can I change the titlebar color to black?

Since all of the dark mode skins are ridiculous, and there is no dark mode, I just wan to turn my title bar and top bar black. Possible???

Well, I guess you could use the VLC Skin Editor, or edit the APK installer package on Android devices.
If you can't, well, I have nothing else.
