I have created a skin for tablets with high resolution. But i cant upload it cause under "http://www.videolan.org/vlc/skins_upload.php" it said "File not found. "

Disclaimer: I'm new to the project and never used this system.

There is a lot of confusion of where skins should be uploaded https://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=92897

Apparently the skins page has moved to a separate site, but I'm not sure which one:

• http://api.addons.videolan.org/type/skin/ is a tab dedicated to skins only, but does not have https
• https://addons.videolan.org is more general-purpose page, but has https and has "(c) 2017" in the footer. Yet, it has only 33 skins, but all of them have "fresh" upload date.

Try both, I guess... Please report back here on your findings: I'll try to fix the link on the main site.

I have tried to upload a skin, and both the skin page and the addons, I only get errors.
It is an appropriate skin for IPTV lists, on television screen
It seems that it is very complicated to make a page to upload this type of software in a simple way
