why can't i minimize certain skins?

Why can't i minimize certain skins? Like Winamp5 skin (my fav) and a couple others. They work fine, but the controls can't be minimized, unless you Win-D them, but then they pop right back up as soon as you click on any other windows, from folders to browsers, etc. It's a little annoying. Is this a problem in the way they wrote their skins? Or something that can easily be fixed?

The Winamp5 skin simply doesn't have a control to minimize it.
You can change that rather easily, by adding a call to vlc.minimize() in the XML file of the skin.
