Yes, no other skin has yet been modified to support it

its not the default one. Its the playtree.vlt skin shipped in all vlc packages (not default.vlt). Once i get to finishing the playlist tree code (i really don't feel like it but i need to, i'll change the code so that all playlist are tree playlists)
