Skins interface missing from nightlies

does anyone know why the skins interface has been removed from the nightly builds?

the last nightly i tried was 2006-02-14 and the skins2 interface worked fine but i tried the latest one today and the "switch interface" menu isn't there! I tried launching skins2 via the command line and VLC crashes before it's launched.

Only the ability to switch live interfaces has been removed because it causes crash

aha... that seems sensible. I had firefox open when i installed the new version, there were probably locked files. i closed everything and reisntalled again and now it works.
