Customizing control buttons

I just installed the latest version, (2.0 I think on W10). First I want to know how to add labels to the control buttons (start/stop, forward/back, full screen/de-full screen etc...) Second how do I increase the size of the buttons? Lastly, I tried to figure out how to change which buttons were showing, but unfortunately Clicking the list of buttons under the Tools>Personalize>Main Toolbar>Elements, but could not get any of them to change. I also could not find anywhere else to do any of these, and no instructions on how to do them. If you can just guide me to the instruction list, I'll figure it out.
