XML parser error: no declaration for element video

Postby tvtalkshowshigh » 10 Feb 2006 21:06

Hi everybody,

i'm trying to use the "video" control in skins2 but i keep getting this error

XML parser error: "no declaration for element video"

i also get xml parser errors for all of the "attributes of element video" (x,y,width,height)

this is the extract from my skin's theme.xml:
<video width="100" height="75" x="120" y="150" />

the video does play, but in the directx hardware overlay rather than being embeded in the skin. i'm using the latest windows nightly build of vlc version 0.8.5. I know the video control is experimental, has it been disabled for some reason or am i using the wrong syntax?

thanks in advance,

mark.

It should be Video, with a capital V.
