Snap Window Function Broken After Skinning

Hi all,
I noticed that after skinning my VLC, the snap to edge feature in windows 10 will break. I'm not sure if anyone else is experiencing this or has a possible fix?

Browsing previous entries in the forums, there was a person about 7 years ago who had the snap to edge function broken in the NATIVE skin, but which was fixed after skinning, which leads me to believe that there should be a possible fix?
