Looking for help with a skin.

So basically i found this really cool skin here: https://github.com/varlesh/VLC-Arc-Dark but unfortunely it has some limitations for windows, like for example if i maximize it(not fullscreen), i can see 1 row of pixels below from the task bar and i can't resize it, if any of you know your way on how to edit these please help me, thank you very much

The designer has offsetted the bottom panel by 1 pixel vertically. So this extra line is part of the design. But, I suspect this was not intended.
