Specifically Invoking *only* a "Network Streams (SAP)" Dialog

Hopefully this is not a duplication. But I haven't seen this direct question and would like to know if my understanding is correct.

I would like to change existing skins I can cause a button to open a dialog/list holding incoming SAP notification I can then select to launch the selected channel instead of a standard playlist. I had first though this might be dialogs.net(). But, my testing shows this to be the Network tab of the open media dialog group. Is there a way to either

1.) Open only a list of SAP channels in a skin?
2.) Add a SAP channel list to the existing skinned Playlist/Media lists provided by some skins?

Any insight you can provide would be appreciated.
