Action for rotate, de-interlaced?

hello
i want to try to start new skin but before i need to ask you:

there are actions:
rotate 90
de-interlaced
logos an top

i did visited page guide skin: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/skins2-crea ... #idp249088
there are not similar action for rotate and de-interlaced, logos on top etc...
then i open this topic to ask you ok

i forget to say:
i will add new button for skin, button for rotate 90 left and button for de-interlaced, button for reset.
it's possible?

You should be able to use "d" key to deinterlace.

thank you for reply, but i want not keyboards (short-cut) i want add button and to need add action for rotate and de-interlace, but i dont found...
there are action for rotate and flip and de-interlaced?
