Can't upload my new skin

[Ultradrom]

Hello.
I am finished new skin for VLC media player.
When try upload my files "Ultradrom.vlt" and "Ultradrom_VLC_skin_info.png"
to http://www.videolan.org/vlc/skins_upload.php , got two errors:
Error : Your skin file has not been copied in the destination file
Error : Your image has not been copied in the destination file

How to upload the skin ?

But. email is received and link is clicked ...

Created new addon, downloaded generated VLP-file.
When try "Upload VLP Archive" got error:
status: '' is an invalid addon status

How to make this world better ?

P.S.
I take a look into the file "manifest.xml" from generated VLP-file
and notice that :
<authorship>
<creator>Unknown</creator>
<email/>
<sourceurl/>
</authorship>
...May be problem is here...
