Right click menu

Postby dbrb2 » 19 Jan 2011 17:01

Hello - can anyone tell me if there is a way, either via command line parameters or other - to disable the ability to right click on the video window to display vlc config options?

I'm trying to produce a locked down skin, ansd don't want people changing settings. I found a post from 2006 suggesting commenting out some lines of code and recompiling - just wondered if this was still the only way

Cheers,

Ben

Yes, this can only be achieved by modifying and recompiling the code.

Oh well - I was hoping there would be a command line parameter or config file I could change to disable this, but perhaps it is quite an unusual requirement.

Cheers,

Ben
