Simple skin needs

Hello,
I have played witht he Skin Editor and I can edit an XML file (Nptepad++) but it doesn't look like I'm going to get where I want with this.

so i figured i'd tell you all see what you think.

I want a skin that lists a play list plus the usual stop play FF RW etc, plus timer slider.
Then I want two extra windows, one with the visualisation spctrum (I thinkk) the one with bars and peak marks based on EQ freq.
then just an EQ slider.

I'm basically trying to reproduse an early 90's stereo setup

any thoughts?
