Interface Round ll

VLC is a cooooool program and I love it so much. I would create my own skins if the skin program was easier to use. There was a time I used my winamp created skin to use with VLC but that was a long time ago. Any ideas on how to go about transforming my Winamp skins to VLC and use or a third party skinner program to use and make my own VLC skins using a picture to generate, etc?
