Hello! Guyz!
I just wondering how I can compress all my files to .vlt extension manually without using the VLC skin editor? Thanks!

Yes, they are just zip files.

.tar.gz works too

Just take all the files and put them into a zip or tar-gzip archive with a tool like 7-zip or similar
