2.0.1 playing from stdin = dead! HLS playback stutters

Tested the 2.0.1 and playback from stdin (rtmpdump) is completely broken. No video/audio
But it works in 2.0 and former versions
HLS playback is still not fully operational, the stream stops every few seconds.
Back to 1.1.11... :(

Confirmed, the pipe feature is actually broken, at least on Windows.

Is the pipe broken, or is libavformat flv broken?

Seems to be the latter as VLC is connecting to the pipe but nothing is played.

It is already fixed in today's nightly build:

the problem persists in 2.0.2
For me it is useless the new versions release if is missing an important feature.
