VLC 2.0 Unable to play HLS

Hi i recently tried to run with the new VLC 2.0 some HLS content, but i'm unable to do so.
Ultimately it gives me segmentation fault, but it doesn't even start to reproduce video.
Please check the log and try to advise me. I can't really see what's wrong.

I'm running the latest vlc-2.0.0 with Windows XP.
The test is done with http://devimages.apple.com/iphone/sampl ... opall.m3u8.

Ok thx. I thought it was +- working since vlc-1.2.0-preversion-anevia.exe plays HLS content.

This stream works fine for me under linux, will have to boot a VM to test under windows.

2.0 works fine for MAC. However broken for Windows. Latest builds are of no help either.

I tried to test it with vlc-2.1.0-git-20120226-2308 but it failed to play by HLS.
official vlc-2.0.0-win32.exe as well.

Coukd you please elaborate what you mean by they? VLC/VideoLAN or Apple?
Also, since we can stream HLS/.m3u8 in some versions of VLC, not sure about the nature of conflict.

Issue in VLC. Should be fixed in 2.0.1 release according the logs.
