Hello,

In my dell prec I have a AMD ati firepro m8900 video card with latest drivers from ati (not from dell) whn I set GPU decoding to on I have no video stream only sound. When disabling the GPU decoding everything works fine

Please share the complete logs.

When I set log location no data is written there. Am I forgetting something

Message dialog, verbosity to 2

And open the Tools -> Messages before you start the playback.

Ok. I got data in message windows. Still no log file in log location.
This is from sample video in Windows 7. After like 10 seconds I see a video but stuttering and with blocks in it.
will try tonight with MKV and post log again.

Does it work for h264 videos?

No but I have not yet created a log for that. Will do that tonight

with h264 I have no video stream at all. With demo video in Windows I sometimes see video stream but with blocks and stuttering

This is log for h264. I only see subtitle stream and audio. Main video stream is not shown. Just black screen with subtitles.
The unknown seek happens a lot so I removed a piece from log otherwise it will not fit in forum post (exceeds 60000)
