found subtitle encoding bug, bug report not posted yet.

I want someone to confirm and post bug report. Version 1.1.11 win32
I'm not a developer, so bear with me.

Problem:
Subtitle with the same name as the movie (one that auto loads) overrides encoding settings.

Temporary fix:
Delete auto loaded subtitle.

Recreated with English and Slovenian srt subtitles and mp4 movie file.

1. Open mp4 movie, English subtitle with same name auto loads.
2. I select Slovenian subtitle.
3. Doesn't encode well (shows question marks instead of letters with caron)

I wouldn't post this, if I wasn't sure. I recreated this many times now.
Encoding settings and fonts don't matter.

Same for me with an xvid video in vlc 2.0.0 :(

If you delete the subtitle loaded at first you get fix the codification

Works fine in here with VLC 2.0.1

I tested with
http://members.chello.nl/j.kassenaar/el ... ish-hh.srt
and
http://members.chello.nl/j.kassenaar/el ... venian.srt

š shows up correctly, even if English subtitles are autoloaded and Slovenian subtitles are drag&dropped to the video.
