Disable "Add to VLC media player's Playlist" Context?

Hi,
when i right click a folder on my Windows 7 platform, i see "Add to VLC media player's Playlist" line.
i searched through VLC's options and didn't find any way to disable it.
an i missing something?

Yes. You can also manually edit registry, but reinstall is usually much easier and faster solution.

where to edit the registry?
I'm missing the conext menu, alltough the option in the installer is used...

You can simply use that stand-alone app to disable unwanted context menu items even after VLC-installation:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\{EXT}\shell\AddToPlaylistVLC
