Video Output?

Hi guys,

What video output should I use if I have Nnvidia geforce gt 320 tyo get the best performance? I hope to hear from you soon. I have tried Standard but it did not work out very well so I tried OpenGL and Windows GDI but I don't really know what I should have so please help me guys.
