When watching DVDs, enabling the "noise" effect for video under the Ctrl-E panel causes the video to lock up. Sound continues. Only fix is to restart VLC. I am running 64-bit XP SP2, but VLC.exe in WOW64 mode(I could not find a 64-bit version). I have an Nvidia gtx 430 with 1 GB GDDR3. Same thing happens with card removed and integrated nvidia 6150SE rendering the video.
If you need some kind of logs or other info, don't hesitate to reply.
