Screen blacks out entering/exiting fullscreen

Postby jsrobinson » 10 Nov 2011 17:50

Hello all,

I'm running into an issue in VLC where, if i enter into fullscreen mode the screen blacks out for about 5 seconds.

It's almost as if the refresh rate is being changed and my monitor is resynching. I'm using 2 Nvidia 580's in SLI. This occurs also in WMP, but not in old versions of VLC.

This occured in Flash vids on Youtube etc, but disabling Flash Acceleration fixed this issue there... I've tried disabling Accelerated Playback in VLC which didn't help. Is there a way to correct this? I've been searching for days with no luck. Thanks for any input

Update your display adapter drivers.

If you don't want to do that, change VOUT
