Are there any plans to publish 1.1.12 vesion for Windows?

If you need it, use a nightly build of it.

There will be windows builds as usual. But 1.1.12 has very little improvements for win32, so we don't think it is a good idea for all users to download 20MB for almost nothing.

Oh, I see now. I thought there are changes that affect windows version.
BTW, where is changelog on the site?
