Videos are breaking !!!

Hello!
I have Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and nVIDIA 9500GT on my system.My problem is that whenever i play a video in VLC, it looks breaking in fast moving scenes and looks like two separate videos are being played in the same window !!! It was fine when i had V1.1.9 and old.Now i don't know what happened??? Can anyone here help me with this issue???
