undock toolbar andor auto-resize video outside of interface?

is it possible to undock the toolbar like you can with the playlist? i know you can change the "look and feel" to "minimal view mode" and its possible to not "embed video in interface" but i also choose "resize interface to video size". so how do you undockthe toolbars from the video or have the video always be scaled to a specified size even when not in the interface?
edit. i also hate how you no longer have the loop options in the playlist. tho it annoyed me before it was at least part of the toolbar separate from the "main interface" and video.

Deactivate: 'embedding video' in preferences...
Loop options are in the toolbar.

thanks but that doesn't keep every new video in the playlist the same size.

If you de-embed the video, You have to force the size in the preferences video options.

wow! that worked absolutely perfectly! thank you so much!
edit new problem. everytime the playlsit switched to a new video it jumps to a new spot. is there a way to get the video window to stay in the same spot like you can if its embeded in the playe
edit fixed problem. instead of waiting for answers i found out that i can change the video x and y coordinates as well to do it. got rid of window decorations too to make it even smaller.
new problem. if i make the y coordinate "0" the video disappears. if i make it -1 its there but the video is 320x239 because the other pixel is out of sight up top. if i make it 1 then there's a 1 pixel height gap between the video and top of the screen. so its awkward and again disappears if i make it 0. is there a way to fix this?
edit another problem. if you go to the menu at the top and do "video" "always on top" or go to "preferences" "video" "display" "always on top" or "preferences" "video" "show settings" "all" "video" "general video settings" "always on top" and the playlist plays another video the other windows will go over it and can't get it to be permanant without having to click the video every single time a new video comes up to have it be "always on top" again.
