So I have been trying for days to get this link to play in VLC:

Tried every possible way to get the "rtmp://cp70103.live.edgefcs.net/live/Flash_KSAZ_Phoenix_2@14425" to work in VLC. Any ideas?

VLC can't directly play RTMP streams for now. You need to pipe from RtmpDump to VLC like this:

rtmpdump -v -r "rtmp://cp70103.live.edgefcs.net/live/Flash_KSAZ_Phoenix_2@14425" -o - | "C:\Path\to\VLC\VLC.exe" -Return to “VLC media player for Windows Troubleshooting”
