Subtitles shows up and dissapears right away

While watching a BDMV (Blue ray video with .m2ts extension) stored on my computer using VLC I selected the integrated subtitles: number 1 -DUTCH in this case.
While a dialog starts, the subtitles shows up in time but dissapear right away after presenting (just a few milliseconds on screen).
Could someone give me an answer how te fix this? Tracksynchronisaton doesn't seem to work in this case, but I could be wrong.

If you open Tools -> Messages (set Verbosity to 2), does it complain something subtitle comes up and disappears?

That might be a bug. You have some short sample file you could share to us that shows the issue?

Unfortunately I don't have a short sample file of the video.
It is not allowed, but this is the video, insert it in internet explorer. Micro torrent or some other torrent downloader is needed: magnet:?xt=urn:btih:6E833A7AEC7195C86D62C1C9056FCB9479E6662F

Hopefully I can fix the subtitle problem before saturday, since I would like to watch the movie then. Mega upload is working at this very moment, but for how long... ;)
TotalMediaTheatre 5 is one of the few players which is able to play the video including subtitles when I open the BDMV folder using the program, but in that case the audio isn't working. The audio does work if I open the video file itself, but in that case the subtitles aren't selectable. Strange strange strange.

Till now VLC is the best solution: audio is playing and subtitles are selectable, but the subtitles are not presented the right way; they just appear and disappear in just a few milliseconds.

-----------------------EDIT------------------
Media Player Classic - Home Cinema x64 is able to play the video including audio AND subtitles (presentation graphics stream 1200,bd,00) the correct way.
I tested Total Media Theatre 5, Cyberlink PowerDVD 11, Corel WinDVD 2010, Media Player Classic and VLC. Only Media Player Classic was able to play the BDMV folder video without any problems. Why? No one knows by now.

Is there any progress for this subtitle problem? It's been more than a year and it's still an issue. :(
