Video Output Filter Module

Friends,
I have seen this topic popping up here & there in this forum; but no apparent solution.
My setup:
Windows 7 Ultimate
VideoLAN v117
Onboard Graphic chip, Intel G41 Express
I experience the problem that with just one exception - Deinterlacing Video Filter; and this only for some movies and/or codes - I cannot run any output filter module. Whenever I configure VLC with let's say the 'post processing filter' I get not video (just audio).
I have tried to play around with the Video Output Module; but to no avail.
Any suggestions?
