it seems shoutcast isn't on yet.How can I set up the player to get radio stations?Thank you

Shoutcast has been (temporarily ?) removed:

Starting from VLC 1.1.0, the SHOUTcast module is not available on the distributed VLC any longer, because AOL Corporation is hindering Open Source Software.

You can still enter URL's of streams through the menu Media -> Open Network Stream and/or use/make a playlist of URL's.

Someone mention ice....something or other, for radio.I thought there was a way to get that.
