live555 error: SETUP of'video/X-ASF-PF' failed 461 Unsupported Transport

rtsp streams play fine in 1.0.5 (Goldeneye) and wmplayer. updated using vlc a few days ago to 1.1.7, tried 1.1.8 & 1.2 builds today, and get the above error. get audio, and time bar is normal. i rebooted after installing 1.1.7 and that didnt help, tho i went back to 1.0.5 without rebooting and that still worked. i did reset preferences & clear cache when doing each install with no luck. is there some setting or other update i need to enjoy the new versions? vista x64 home premium. thanks for your attention

oddly, the url mms://213.155.73.87/Fashion-TV_deutsch_15 works & gets this in 1.1.7 ::
access_mms info: selecting stream[0x1] audio (64 Kib/s)
access_mms info: selecting stream[0x2] video (668 Kib/s)
access_mms info: connection successful

while rtsp://213.155.73.87/Fashion-TV_deutsch_15 gets this ::

the message window doesnt have the detail as in the bug report

ok I found the issue, I'll fix this for next version.
Meanwhile you can go to tools->preferences (show all settings ) -> input -> demuxer -> rtp/rtsp -> use RTP over RTSP

Don't forget to remove it if you watch others stream without rtsp/tcp.
