translated with google
I have a problem with my VLC (version 1.1.7)
I would like to display in full screen mode, how long the film
and how much is gone already.
There currently only one bar is me.

Use the time filter in video preferences.

Sorry.
"Extras" is the german word for "tools"
If I'm going to go
Tools->Preferences->All->Video->
I'm there 3 submenus.
Filters
Output modules
Subtitles/OSD
In Subtitels/OSD I find no "Filters".
Excuse me but I just do not know exactly where to go now.
What is the point in the English ever exactly the process I had to?

Subtitle/OSD
There is a "Text" filter, activate it.
And use $T in the Text configuration.
