Theora video file: incorrect duration

Postby videoclock » 24 Jan 2011 14:41

Hello everyone!

Congratulations for the project!

I've been playing a file with theora video and vorbis audio whose duration is 5 hours and some minutes, but in vlc it appears that the duration of the file is 3 hours and some minutes. I can play the whole file. Moreover, when it exceeds the 3 hours the clock continues increasing to the total amount of time (5 hours), but vlc stills believes the total duration is 3 hours and some minutes. Is it a bug?

I'm using vlc 1.1.6, windows xp.

Thanks in advance.
